represent the future of water sports with a focus on greater flexibility, fun and, above all, absolute ease of use.

At the heart of this is our founder and inventor Jochum Bierma, a passionate sailor and rower. Born and raised in the Netherlands, a country famous for its watersports and shipbuilding, he brings a lifetime of expertise and passion to our work.

His goal was to create a catamaran that is easy to transport, can be set up in a flash, and combines multiple water sports.

Row&Sail was born from this vision, with the aim of making rowing and sailing easier and more accessible for everyone.

In our shipyard in Lichtenberg near Linz, we turn this vision into reality. This is where our team develops, tests and perfects products down to the smallest detail.

Rowing redefined: Flexible, innovative and always with you!

With ROWonAIR®, you can quickly transform our lightweight, inflatable boards as well as conventional SUP boards, kayaks, canoes and similar watercraft into functional sliding-seat rowboats, suitable for lake, river and sea -so blue water and white water.

ROWonAIR® stands for durable, high-quality products that offer freedom and fun for both, recreational and competitive rowing.

In addition to the classic RowMotion® reverse rowing system, we offer a groundbreaking innovation: the RowVista® high-tech forward rowing system, also known as Bow-Faced Rowing. This allows you to row in the forward direction you see, maintain a clear overview and experience a completely new perspective on the water. Thanks to the special feathering and squarring mechanism of the oars, you protect your wrists, save energy and you steer precisely.

Another highlight: The entire ROWonAIR® rowing system fits into a compact 180 cm long bag – perfect for easy transport in your car or even on a plane.

The XCAT brings versatility to the water!

Set up in less than 12 minutes without any tools, the XCAT multi-sport catamaran combines sailing, rowing and stand-up paddling in one boat. With rigid, unsinkable floats that are manufactured in Austria by industrial series production the XCAT is a stable, safe and yet lightweight boat. The streamlined design allows excellent sailing performance, even in light winds.

The XCAT multi-sport catamaran is characterized by quick assembly and easy handling. No part weighs more than 17.5 kg, making it perfect for transport. You can easily store it on the roof of your car without the need for a trailer.
